Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. Terms and Conditions for the provision of service by electronic means (T&C or Regulations) define the types, scope and conditions of electronic service provided by Ligit Kieszczyński Sp.k., ul. Piękna 49, 1st floor, 00-672 Warsaw; NIP 5272934593; e-mail address: ligit@ligit.com, website: www.ligit.com (Ligit).

1.2. The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:

1.2.1. Portal – the Ligit website, available at www.ligit.com;

1.2.2. Act on rendering electronic service – Act of 18 July 2002 on rendering electronic service;

1.2.3. Service – service provided electronically by Ligit as described in Part 2 of the Regulations;

1.2.4. Service Provider – Ligit;

1.2.5. Service Recipient or User – the entity using the Service of the Ligit, obliged to comply with the Regulations.

1.3. The commencement of use of the Service is tantamount to the acceptance by the Service Recipient of the terms of the Regulations. The contract for the provision of the Service is concluded when the user enters in his/her web browser the appropriate address of the web pages containing content made available as part of the Service.

2. Types and Scope

2.1. The Regulations apply to the following Service provided electronically i.e. contact with Ligit – a Service consisting of the possibility of sending an enquiry to Ligit by e-mail. By sending an enquiry, the User agrees to receive information in response, also if it is of commercial nature.

2.2. The Provider shall ensure the operation of the information and communication system in such a way that the User may terminate the use of the Service free of charge at any time.

2.3. The User must meet the following technical requirements, necessary for the operation of the Service Provider’s ICT system:

2.3.1. access to the Internet;

2.3.2. having an electronic mail account {e-mail},

2.3.3. internet browser.

3. Terms of Service

3.1. Ligit provides Service to the Service Recipient to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Regulations.

3.2. The User undertakes to comply with the Regulations.

3.3. The User is obliged to comply with the prohibition on the misuse of electronic communication means and the provision of content by or to Ligit’s ICT systems:

3.3.1. causing an overload of ICT systems,

3.3.2. which are illegal, infringe the rights of third parties or are detrimental to decency.

3.4. Ligit shall not be liable for interruptions in the provision of the Service resulting from failures or cases of malfunction of ICT systems beyond the control of Ligit.

3.5. Ligit shall have the right to cease providing the Service at any time if such a reasonable request is made to it by an Internet provider or other authorised entity. Ligit reserves the right to discontinue the provision of the Service if it is found to be in breach of the Regulations, the law or good practice.

4. Complaint Procedure

4.1. Complaints concerning both technical aspects of the functioning of the Portal and other issues related to the Service may be sent to the e-mail address: ligit@ligit.com.

4.2. A complaint should be submitted within 7 days from the date when the cause for complaint arose. The complaint shall contain a brief description of the problem giving rise to the complaint, the date and time of its occurrence and identification of the Service Recipient (including his/her name and email address).

4.3. Complaints that do not contain the above data or are submitted after the deadline shall not be considered.

4.4. The Service Provider shall make every effort to consider complaints within 30 days of their receipt by the Service Provider. The Service Provider will notify the result of the complaint consideration to the email address provided in the complaint submission.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The Regulations shall be in force from the date of their publication.

5.2. The content of the Regulations may be recorded by the User by printing, saving on a carrier or downloading from the Ligit website.

5.3. Ligit reserves the right to change the content of the Regulations. All changes will become effective as of the date of their publication. The use of the Service after the introduction of the changes to the Regulations shall be deemed as acceptance of them.
