Ligit Kieszczyński Sp.k. (Ligit), with its registered office in Warsaw (00-672), Poland, at ul. Piękna 49, 1st floor, is the controller of the personal data of clients, contractors, business partners, counterparties, and their employees in the extent necessary to perform contracts, follow legal obligations, recruitment and hiring, Ligit’s legitimate interests (especially for direct marketing and security reasons as well as to pursue or defend against claims). Ligit processes data also based on the data subject’s consent.
