Jan has worked in the legal industry for more than 15 years, including more than 10 years litigating complex cases for the most demanding clients.
That foundation gives him a unique perspective on risk appraisal in contentious, transactional and projects settings. Jan is a strategy builder, both in deals and in disputes. He seeks how to make things happen for his clients, as securely as possible.
He is an avid supporter of arbitration as a dispute resolution method and undertakes appointments as an arbitrator.
Jan speaks fluent English and reads French, German and Danish.
