We help determine the facts and potential exposure. We aim to reduce collateral damage, restore confidence and avoid or at least limit potential sanctions by government agencies. We ensure that business returns to normal as soon as possible.
Representative investigative matters in which our lawyers have taken part cover:
- investigating allegations of senior management’s malfeasance in a subsidiary of a foreign industrial manufacturer;
- investigating a situation in a subsidiary in which the managers had transferred assets out of the company for a foreign marketing business entity;
- advising a foreign investment fund in investigating the causes, course of events and consequences of a fraud committed by one of its counterparties.
