The key public law litigation projects in which our lawyers have taken part are:
- representing a large Polish agricultural entity in a multi-million dispute concerning liability for unlawful administrative decisions and unfair competition;
- advising a leading Polish energy company on a high-stakes appeal against a decision by the president of the Energy Regulatory Office covering years of alleged breaches;
- representing one of the leading banks in a high-stakes dispute with a financial market consumer protection authority over the bank’s policy on the refund of commissions in the event of the early repayment of loans by consumers;
- advising a foreign agricultural investor on claims against a Polish municipality concerning the unlawful blocking of an investment project.
