A win with no one losing is always the best solution.
We approach contentious matters with business acumen and only engage in full-blown litigation after all other solutions fail. In each dispute, we strive to find a sensible out-of-court solution. We do not count the value of disputes avoided, but we are particularly proud of those.
Representative negotiations that our lawyers have worked on include:
- negotiations between a Polish healthcare provider and an IT company concerning a crucial IT project;
- negotiations on a contract for the purchase of a luxury property in the centre of one of the largest cities in Poland for a high-net-worth individual;
